I very rarely lose as Ottoman on a water map, regardless of opponent or civilization, and I am currently one of the highest ranked Ottoman players around (ranked third for 1v1 ELO with Ottoman as most played civilization). I’ve had thousands of games with Ottoman, and I tend to think of myself as a water specialist.
